Q. I’m new to shine hair design, how do i book an appointment?

A. Let’s get the convo started! Booking an appointment begins with sending me a message to let me know what you are looking for. We’ll chat about your hair type and your needs to make sure that I will be the best fit for you!  

Q. How far are you usually booked out?

A. In general, you should allow about 4 to 6 weeks when booking an appointment. Consultations can usually be scheduled within a week. My priority is to make sure I have enough time to give you the results you are looking for. When you come to see me, the time is all yours!

 

Q. What products should I use at home?

A. I recommend personally selected hair care products that support healthy and beautiful hair. When you come in, I will prescribe an at-home care plan to maintain your hair between appointments.

 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. Shine Hair Design has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window, you will be charged 50% of your service. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service. A credit cards is required to book an appointment.
